Foundational step Number 1.  Get your site on WordPress.  The sum of the why, for marketing at least, is that WordPress is easier indexed by bots so you rank better with WordPress. Don't do squarespace, wix, or any of those other plug n play websites. You will have a decent looking website pretty easily but, wordpress grows your business best.

Once your on WordPress there are all kinds of tips and tricks you can do to optimize. SEO plugins, Security plugins, capture form plugins, cart plugins, membership sections, comments, etc. The sky is the limit on what you can do.

We really believe anybody can build a website good enough for branding. To look like a legitimate business online is fairly simple with a free theme on WordPress.

It is a very different thing though to make that website help and grow your business. Call to actions, SSL certificates, analytics, pixels, SEO, funnels, optin forms, the list is very long for an optimized website. You need to read and read for at least six months to begin to get a grasp on how to optimize your website.
